To place your order, select the item(s) that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page where you must fill in your personal information and pay for the order.
According to order status, it will be classified as
1. For the unpaid order, it will be canceled automatically by system after half an hour
2. If the order has been paid but not shipped out, we can help you to cancel it but we need a reason
3. If the order has been shipped out, it cannot be canceled.
1. Before shipping, if you want to update your shipping address, please contact us and ensure the address is the same as the address in your PayPal account.
2. We feel sorry that we can not accept change the shipping address to another country. If necessary, you need to place another order and edit the correct shipping address.
If an order was submitted, verified, and processed successfully, you should have received an automated order confirmation via e-mail.If you have not received an order confirmation sent via e-mail, we recommend you to contact us so we may investigate this for you. It is possible that your order was unsuccessful.Additionally, it could also be possible that the e-mail address submitted by you was incorrect.
Free standard shipping on orders over $15 is provided by Farertop. Express Shipping is available at an additional cost. Although standard shipping is free, you may be subject to, but not limited to: VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. Farertop does not collect any VAT, import duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU. This is a fee levied and collected by your local government. For more information regarding additional fees levied by your local government, we suggest that you contact your local S.F. Express Office or local customs office.
Within 1-2 business days of placing your order, after it has been scanned at S.F. Express Sorting Facility, you will receive an e-mail from Farertop containing your package’s tracking information. To track your package, simply use the tracking number provided on S.F. Express’ official website.
Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse then processes your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive tracking info, along with the info of an estimated delivery date, via email. You should receive your order 3-15 business days thereafter. Packages are not transported on weekends and local public holidays. Kindly note that the estimated delivery times (3-15 business days) are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of Farertop’s, and its courier’s, control. These factors may include but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc. Additionally, please note that during periods of promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.
If you have received your UPS Tracking Number, we urge you to directly contact your local S.F. Express Office. S.F. Express will have more accurate information on the status of the delivery. If you have received your S.F. Express Tracking Number, please contact us and we will look into this for you, immediately.
Once your returning package has been received at our warehouse, it is processed and inspected before we proceed in approving or disapproving the respective return. We appreciate your understanding that, although we work as quickly as possible, it is possible that this process may take several business days to complete. Kindly observe that Farertop is not responsible for any items lost during the return shipping. Therefore, we strongly recommend you to use registered mail and provide us with the tracking number of your returning package.
Once your returning package has been received at our warehouse, it is processed and inspected before we proceed in approving or disapproving the respective return. The product(s) must be received within 30 days. It must be unused – in its original packaging still in the same new condition as when the product was received. If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued for your order. Once a refund is issued on our system, you can expect it to be visible in your account within 5-10 business days.
We currently only accept payment through PayPal. PayPal allows secure payment with your PayPal account or credit card. You will be redirected to PayPal to finalise your order when checking out. More information about PayPal is available at www.paypal.com.
At the checkout page, to apply your promotion code, click “I have a promotion code”, entering the code, and press “Apply”. Be sure there are no additional spaces before or after the discount code. Kindly note that only one promotion code is valid per order. A promotion code cannot be combined with an additional promotion code.
