According to order status, it will be classified as
- For the unpaid order, it will be canceled automatically by the system after half an hour.
- If the order has been paid but not shipped out, we can help you to cancel it but we need a reason. If you paid via credit card, the card issuer will charge $1~$2 as commission charges.
- If the order has been shipped out, it cannot be canceled.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please contact us at email@example.com within 3 days of the order being received. After returning the product to us, we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost after confirmation), or you can choose to receive a full refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-7 Business Days.
Late or missing refunds

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
